For this case study for Social Media Examiner I interviewed Christiane Erwin of Crestview Doors. Her small company got a big surprise when superstore Lowe's named as the winner of their Ugly Door contest a design that is one of Crestview's biggest sellers. Crestview was able to turn the situation to their advantage, however, rallying their Facebook fans to come to the defense of Midcentury Modern design, the style Crestview promotes.
