Social Media Case Study: Facebook for B2C Door Co.

Social Media Examiner case study on how a small business capitalized on what could have been an embarrassing Facebook moment.

For this case study for Social Media Examiner I interviewed Christiane Erwin of Crestview Doors. Her small company got a big surprise when superstore Lowe's named as the winner of their Ugly Door contest a design that is one of Crestview's biggest sellers. Crestview was able to turn the situation to their advantage, however, rallying their Facebook fans to come to the defense of Midcentury Modern design, the style Crestview promotes.
